Patrick R. Millsap is a founding member and partner in Wallace Millsap.  He primarily practices in the field of complex and high-value litigation.  Patrick has litigated extensively in Nevada trust and estate law, wrongful death and multifaceted personal injury matters, and Nevada real property disputes.

Patrick has recovered in excess of $50 million dollars on behalf of his clients, as well as appeared before each level of the court system in the State of Nevada.  Of note, Patrick participated in the creation of precedential Nevada law before the Nevada Supreme Court, which determined certain aspects of Nevada real property law.

Patrick attended the University of Nevada where he graduated with distinction.  Subsequently, he attended the Boyd School of Law where he received the CALI Award for excellence in pre-trial litigation and was the Boyd School of Law Moot Court champion.  Patrick's mission is simple, to provide the highest quality of legal representation and personal attention in serving your needs.
